Excellent Place. Nice scenic route through the bushy hills. Lots of variety for a Rail Enthusiast including coaches and historical Steam Locomotives. The people there are very nice and friendly. Would recommend it to any person looking for a great day out.

I went to this "rail museum" for a trip. After two or so hours of driving, my adrenaline was rushing. First I went to a heritage railway in Warwick, then Swanbank, and this place was my next destination to tick off the list! As we got there, I was mightily... dissapointed.

This place is amazing.. Was greeted by a lovely gentleman who could not have been more helpful and informative.. And his dogs for in the welcome as well... I Took heaps of photos of some amazing historic old trains and carriages in varying states of disrepair..... I will be going here again for sure.... If there is a train heaven I just visited it

It is situated 10min off the warrigo Hwy. it is a great place to explore and not meny people know about it, no crowds as you can see in photo on a Saturday afternoon

In my opinion, I also discourage people to come here. Until the chaps who run that railway realise that their "heritage railway" looks like Barry Scrapyard itself, I'm afraid that they'll soon go bankrupt.

The seats were torn, and you know what I did? I left. I didn't even bother to get on that... THING!

When we got there, everything was... cluttered. Everything from the buildings to the yards. Most of the coaches were rotting away dreadfully. Not to mention that all of their locomotives were rotting to bits! As a rail enthusiast, it was quite saddening to see. But I had my hopes up, however. Looks can be decieving, but in this case... I wasn't sure. When the "locomotive" arrived, I was EVEN MORE gobsmacked, and not in a good way, either. A flimsy looking Model T ford rail motor rolled in, and DON'T GET ME STARTED ON THE CONDITION ON THIS THING!
